How We Work
In retail stores the customer relationship is primarily to the product. With services, customer trust is the most important aspect of any transaction. Professionals in the service industry develop personal relationships with each customer. Because of this more individualized attention, referrals are the life blood of service businesses. The founders of My Trusted Network are consumers as well. We created a list of service providers we could refer to our customers, friends and business associates, confident that every business on that list would provide extraordinary service to those to whom they were referred. Members of My Trusted Network share potential customers with other members in the Chapter. Unlike other referral networking groups who meet weekly, we recognize that your time is valuable, and is best spent servicing your customers and tending your business, not attending meetings. We meet once a month, currently scheduled on the second Wednesday, and have one open breakfast per quarter to meet potential new business members. Tools We utilize advanced software technology and e-mail in order to provide referrals throughout the month. Upon approval for membership, you are given access to all the tools you need to: · manage your lead flow · track the progress on referrals you have given to other members We believe this level of transparency is vital to the professional health and continued benefit of each member. We also publish a quarterly listing of the current roster, available to our members for distribution, so we can most effectively support each other. Not only will you be more visible to the client base of the other members, you will be the expert in the community that your own customers will turn to for advice. It provides yet another point of contact for you with your existing customers, strengthening their loyalty to you and your business. |
